Enhancing user experience and safety.
2.2 Continuous Tracking:
Location tracking will occur while the app is actively running. If location services are
disabled on your device, you will be unable to use iRide car-hailing services.
2.3 Privacy and Data Use:
Location data is stored and handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and is used

3. Service Use
3.1 Ride Requests:
You may request rides through the iRide platform, and a driver will be matched based on
your location and preferences.
3.2 Cancellations:
Ride cancellations by users are subject to the iRide cancellation policy. Frequent
cancellations may result in penalties or suspension of your account.
3.3 Appropriate Conduct:
You agree to:
Treat drivers and other users with respect.
Use the service responsibly and comply with all applicable laws during rides.
3.4 Prohibited Activities:
You must not:
Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Harass, harm, or endanger drivers or other users.
Engage in any behavior that disrupts the proper functioning of the platform.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Options:
iRide offers the following payment methods for rides:
Cash Payments: Users may pay the driver directly in cash at the end of the ride.
Electronic Payments: Users can pay electronically through services such as JazzCash,
SadaPay, Bank IBAN or Account Number. The user must request the driver’s banking
information directly and complete the transfer manually after the ride ends.
4.2 Electronic Payment Process:
At the end of the ride, users choosing electronic payments must ask the driver for their
banking details (e.g., account number or mobile wallet information). The user is responsible
for initiating and completing the transfer through their preferred electronic payment
service outside the app.
4.3 Payment Responsibility:
It is the user’s responsibility to settle the fare in full at the end of the ride, either through
cash or electronic payment. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or further
action in accordance with applicable laws.
4.4 Fare Estimates:
The iRide app provides fare estimates before ride confirmation. Actual charges may vary
depending on factors such as ride duration, distance, or additional fees like waiting time.
5. Limitation of Liability
iRide is a technology platform that connects riders with drivers. iRide is not responsible
for:
Actions, behavior, or conduct of drivers.
Delays, ride cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iRide disclaims all warranties, express or
implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Updates and Modifications
iRide reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be
communicated via email or app notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes your
acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this
Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
